- Garage Unavailable: The garage is not included as part of the rental and is not accessible to guests. However, you won't need to worry about parking as you will have a dedicated spot on the driveway for your vehicle.
- Quiet Hours: In consideration of the owner living on-site and neighboring families, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Non-Smoking & No Party Property: Our basement apartment and the entire property are strictly non-smoking areas. We are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
- Internet Usage: While we offer free Wi-Fi, we request that it be used responsibly and not for illegal downloads or any activity that might infringe on internet usage policies.
