The Space:
- 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment
- Sleeps up to 6 people -- 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and futon (in living room)
- A partial basement unit on the ground level & accessible from the south side of the "main building"
- Off-street parking for 1 car
- Perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative

Home Features - High speed internet, 1 window AC units, 1 cable TV, all major kitchen appliances (no dishwasher), drip coffee maker, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker). 1 bathroom with shower (no tub), clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - This unit is located on the ground level, it's technically a partial basement unit. Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The Americana is also just minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
