Acceptable lodging in nice area
We were welcomed and our room was ready. It was not spacious but clean. The bed was comfortable but the curtains need to be denser as they did not stop any light. Shower room as big as sleeping area. When lots of others (local football team) present the water and Wi-Fi suffered. We had breakfast and a little more communication over substitutions on menu could have saved their resources, I.e. liver was not a welcome substitute for sausage. Parking fine and grounds nice. However it was good we didn’t arrive on Saturday when they were taken over by owner for her private party.

The bed linen wasn’t that clean The door to one of the rooms needs fixing There was no kettle in one of the rooms yet both rooms were charged the same price.
