Elevator is aged and more freight oriented than for passengers. Musty smell in room. No night light and bathroom light only works with noisy fans. No alcohol wipes in fitness room yet reasonable exercise equipment. Breakfast layout is clumsy and not competitive with similar priced hotels. No free newspapers. I doubt I will stay at this brand hotel unless I don’t have choices.

I stayed at the property with my fiance and his daughter who is 5 years old. First off the room we were put in smelled like marijuana. The room next to us had two dogs, who barked and yelped until after 2:00 am. The front desk girl was absolutely wonderful but unable to do anything for us as the hotel was completely booked. At 3:00 am my fiance woke up and woke me up to see if I had a sore throat which I did. After looking at the hotel AC unit we realized it had not been cleaned or the filter changed in probably years. DISGUSTING. We quickly turned it off deciding we would rather sweat then breathe in air from it. When his daughter woke up she too immediately complained of a sore throat. When we went to get breakfast someone dropped an entire plastic plan of muffins which flew and shattered at my fiances daughters feet. I had to scoop her up quickly to make sure she wasn't cut badly. No staff came to check on us to see if she was okay they were more worried about finding out who did it. For $240 a night this situation is unacceptable.

The property looked Ok but needed some maintenance, i.e., the elevator door was chipped and needed repainting or the addition of some coating to prevent the chipping and scratches.

Smelled bad. I did not know it was a pet-friendly hotel. No carpets in the rooms-just vinyl flooring.

comfortabe and friendly

Pros: Location is excellent
Cons: breakfast. don't over cook the eggs and add yogurt to the selections otherwise it was good.
everything was excellent except the breakfast that was only adequate.

I was so pleased with this hotel! It was very clean and updated and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and I felt this hotel was a very good value for the price. The only criticism that I have is that I prefer a room with 2 queen beds to 2 doubles, and this was not offered here. It seems this is becoming increasingly common in many hotels.
