Dirty, unsafe, not ready, out of date, and stealing money. Refused a refund after giving a room that was not clean or ready.

Given a room that was not cleaned. Property was not taken care of. Elevator was broken. Front desk computer was malfunctioning.

Had trouble with door key everyday. The bathroom flooded from room above had to clean up myself. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. My free breakfast a honey bun and coffee . The honey bun was old . Would have liked a little more may be cereal and milk. Maybe fruit.

Had paid for a smoking room no ashtrays a sign in room said 150 ,charged weny to front desk with sign said don't worry could tell others had smoked in room. Ask for ashtrays never brought them. Room was dirty so were the grounds no coffee pot refrigerator was broken. All around trying to figure how this got so many stars .

Staff was tremendous Not just helpful but friendly throughout. Each of the four people I met were all pleasant and helpful. Hated the TV, which is why I will not be going back or recommend it. Inability to move channel to channel without inputting three numbers is awfully inconvenient.
