Cleanliness was definitely not what we expected. There was a badly stained chair in the room that should have been removed. The facility needs repainting. The manager was pleasant, but we did not get the room we requested.

Our bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls. The hallway had a weird smell. Beds were clean.

Check in starts after 3. I came at 330 and my room was still not ready. If check in starts @ 3 then all rooms should be ready by then. I drove 3 and a half hours with 5 children in the car. We were all very tired & for our room not to be ready did not help the situation.

Condoms in parking lot, drug activity in parking lot, then they only had one room when we paid for two on Travelocity. Carpet was disgusting, paint peeling of walls, bedding had brown stains and toilet was broken. Needless to say we did not stay. Would not recommend!!!

When I booked the reservation it stated at checkout use code save now for 10% off I was told that you don't do that, will not use you again.

Front desk clerk, Robert, was excellent. Efficient and knew the area well. Excellent recommendations for dinner. He made our one-night layover a highlight of the trip.
