The hotel was clean and comfortable. Checking in I was forced to wait due to the clerk being on a phone call with someone trying to reserve several rooms. It appeared that he was the only one there at the time.

I booked a room from your hotel because my kids want to go in an indoor pool I get there and the pool was closed that's the only reason why I went to that hotel

Pool was very warm. The room had zero amenities. Only a body wash and shampoo dispenser attach to the wall. No extras whatsoever. Not even coffee ,lotion ,bar soap. Don’t stay there spur of the moment with no supplies like we did.

We are sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your stay as our hotel does offer 4 cup in-room coffee and should have been stocked. We recently converted to in shower tea tree shampoo, conditioner and body wash to help save the environment and place the soap next to the sink for guest conveniences. I will follow up with the housekeeping team to ensure this is happening. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you stay with us in the future.

Great hotel

Cons: Staff was nice, room spacious & clean
Location: Easy to get to, little strip mall beside with restaurants & other stores. Only about 15 minutes or less from more
The hotel was great. Clean, breakfast included (good variety) (although needed allergy free options) staff excellent! Only draw back was the boys soccer teams staying same time we were. They were loud (hallways & breakfast area) & took over the indoor pool without much adult supervision. My 4 year old granddaughter tried to swim Saturday evening but there were 2dozen + boys rough housing in the pool & area. 3 adults there but not paying attention to how wild & loud they were.

Great hotel with lots of well organized space.

Pros: Everything
Location: Short drive - about 20 minutes - to Hershey.
First stay at a Townplace Hotel and this one was great. Only stayed one night, but the King Suite had plenty of closet and storage space and a great kitchen with everything you would need for a longer stay. Excellent and clean. Loved it.
