Unfortunately, I had big plans to use the pool with my grandchildren as this was just a fun trip for us. I was notified at check in that the pool had closed that morning. We found a public pool that we all enjoyed very much so the trip was saved but I felt like the hotel should have offered some type of discount since they didn't provide as advertised.

Our pool is generally open daily so we're sorry that it may have been closed for maintenance or an unexpected issue while you were here. Barn door doesn’t keep noise contained to the bathroom. Glass near shower doesn’t keep water in from shower spray. A hair was in the shower area and the bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner and the wall along the side of the vanity that runs down to the floor.
