The air conditioning was broken - blasted hot air that caused the room to be at over 85 degrees. The staff changed our room, and there was a loud argument at 3am just outside our door. Staff did not provide a receipt despite my requesting it (they said that Travelocity would provide my receipt which is inaccurate)

Check in very easy. Friendly staff. Very disappointed with cleanliness of elevator and carpet in elevator and carpeting in hallway directly in front of elevator. However, our rooms were very clean. This has been ongoing with this facility for over 3 years.

The parking lot area was always littered with trash and broken bottles and cigarette butts. It was shocking. The interior of the hotel was well-maintained, but you needed to walk through a war-zone to get to it

This hotel is fine if you are looking for an inexpensive, no frills stay. My room was large and clean, but shabby. There was a "faux leather" armchair in my room that's "leather" was peeling off every where. It made the room seem even more shabby. You don't get any toiletries. When I checked in I had no towels and had to have a friend go get them for me after calling down. The breakfast was lacking. No non-dairy milk so I could only eat the eggs. (I'm Gluten Free so that cuts down my options) One of the fruit selections every day was LARGE unpeeled Grapefruits! What do you even do with that? They ran out of coffee often and had none available after breakfast. They had evening snacks out 2 nights during the week. I only saw vending machine for soda and ice cream. No snacks. Staff that I saw was friendly. Don't stay here if you are going to need ride to Bradley airport. Taxi company said no cabs available and no Uber drivers wanted to drive up there. All in all.. it met my needs for this last minute emergency trip.

I feel that we offer a great product at a great value so I will be sure to review with my staff and inspect the room. Our breakfast offers many selections and coffee is available 24/7. We also offer a complimentary light dinner 3 days a week. The vending area does offer snacks as well located right next to the machines you mentioned, so I apologize for any inconvenience.
