Appears to be a transient hotel with smoke smell in elevator, no trash cans, no phone. Beds are stiff, noisy ac is on every 30 seconds.

The staff itself was not very helpful at all! The hotel itself….let’s just put it this way on our first day there was a notice says the building was condemned as a fire hazard. I had gotten insurance so I immediately tried to cancel but wasn’t able to get the claim processed right away and since it was a short stay we decided how bad could it be right? Well it was bad, the next day bunch of cops in the lobby not sure what happened and probably best if I don’t know. That day we needed new/clean towels called and staff asked me to hunt down housekeeping for some towels even though I was annoyed that I would have to search the hotel for housekeeping I still did but did not find anyone called again they said they’d get back to me only to call and tell me they didn’t have any clean towels and would bring some once they were dried but that never happened. Luckily we had family not far from there. On the next and last day we were awakened by a big leak coming from the upstairs bathroom, a stream of water pouring into our bathroom. I called front desk and was told once maintenance gets there they would come see but it would have to wait on other open tickets, eventually Maintenance came up but he was messing with our sink and checking our toilet like he clearly could not see the problem was coming from the upstairs bathroom!!! Long story not so short at this point if you can avoid staying here by all means find somewhere else.

Old, dirty, wi fi didn’t work, cigarette holes in bed coverings, stains and dirty carpet, heat didn’t work and very loud, very thin walls, smelled smoke, lacking hot water

I did not like anything, The computers were down and the clerk had no way to resolve people waiting with reservations. took more than an hour to get my room
