Nice but Loud
My daughter and I arrived around 8pm and the lock box code didn’t work. We waited for almost an hour for any response from the property manager. Once we made it in the apartment was tidy but had a very strong scent that caused our allergies to flare for our week long stay. There are loud upstairs neighbors and people using the stairwell for exercise. There was a strong marijuana smell that came through the bathroom fan every night. The couch and beds were comfortable yet firm. The location was nice and easy access to the freeways.

I needed to be near Hartford hospital for work great location easy to locate and near the highway. Apt is clean and beds are comfortable. Just the right size for one person or a family of 4.

Fabulous Apartment and great location
Kay's apartment is a great size and very very comfortable. It is close to downtown Hartford with most Restaurants and Pubs within walking distance. Very clean and spacious too. Kay was an excellent host and always answered any queries we had immediately. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place really enjoyed it
The apartment was lovely! decorated really nice, easy to get into, Manager was just great to work with I wanted a few things that weren’t there she took him a bit right away! We definitely rent it again!!
