Checking in was delayed due to employees being in a back office somewhere. Rang the bell and hollered “hello” for about 10 minutes. Facility was nice and clean. Pool needed cleaning. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

I booked my stay for 5 people and the room only had 2 queen beds, we were not given/offered a different room, a roll out bed or a cot so 1 person had tp sleep on the floor the whole stay.

I sincerely apologize on behalf of LQ. I am saddened to hear your stay was not pleasant. I will pass your comments along to the staff. However, it is a fire safety risk to have a roll away in a room with two queen beds. This is a state law. I do agree that we could have possibly made alternatives to adjust your stay.
