Room was dirty, to start with. Box of chicken wings left in microwave, god knows how long. Walls were filthy, linens on bed didnt fit right and had to keep getting up to put fitted sheet back on bed. People upstairs were up yelling, fighting and leaving and coming back in their big, loud truck all night. Didnt feel safe. Never staying at a Red Lion again!! Way overpriced, should have been cheaper than Motel 6!

Do not stay here! I am not mad, just shocked how bad EVERYTHING was. Read this review. This place is comically bad. This place is in desperate need of a TV reality show make over. I do not know where to begin. Filthy. It's not that they are not trying to clean. They don't know what clean is. Carpet had multiple stains and the bathroom floor was sticky, the sink didn't drain so we had to use the tub to wash our hands and get ready. Half of a roll of toilet paper and no spare, no facial tissues, house keeping took the time to fold up a single tissue and place it on top but the box was empty. Our blankets had burn holes in it from cigarettes (we were in a non-smoking room) Checking in they made me leave $100 cash! Who does that? I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with that. That is the purpose of using a credit card. If your normal clientele would cause you to require a cash deposit then change your business practices so that you don't have that kind of patron. I have stayed in 100s and 100s of hotels and that was a 1st time for me. This Felt like a very sleazy motel. Pulled into the parking lot after dinner and watched a drug deal go down. I waited in my car with my kids for that to be over. Luckily the drug dealer gave his customers faster service than this motel gave us. The sofa bed had zero sheets (we had to use our own from our car) and there was left over food and trash in the sofa bed. I was attacked by dogs in the hallway going to my room. Yes dogs, yes attacked, but not bitten

Staff were clueless, rooms flithy, didnt stay
My jet tub suite was not available, i would have been able to cancel immediately after booking had some one answered the phone at the property. Seriously from 3pm to when i arrived at 8pm, no one bothered to pick up the phone and it was not happy hour. Young man at the guest wasnt knowledgeable about the vacancy or rooms at all. After accepting my fate to be staying at this now realized jinky suspect development, I just wanted a room with a regular tub. Desk boy than sends me to rooms with a handicap bathroom, twice! Then my third room switch was a room that hasnt been cleaned since who knows when but at that point i was afraid to go any further and demanded my money back cuz I was definitely charged even though he said it would until 3 business days, he lied, it was on my card before I left. Still waiting on my money as I speak, good thing was able to find me somewhere closer and nicer... oh the quality of people was questionable as well, dont risk it unless you ready for an adventure
