We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Good comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I was very pleased. The property was also well kept. I would stay there again for sure.

Well maintained and cared for. Good TV, and service included MSNBC. Bed was too firm, and they had one of the popular white blanket/comforters and is way too heavy for indoors. It should be adequate for outdoors in the winter. Typical breakfast including egg patties and sausages.

Thank you so much for giving us your feedback. We do have 2 kinds of mattress at our hotel. One pillow top which is on the softer side and the second one plush firm which is little on the firmer side. Thanks again for staying with us and reviewing us.

Good for a one night stop passing through

Location: Nothing spectacular for location.
Overall the room served its purpose, a comfortable place to put our heads at night on our long family road trip, with the bonus of free breakfast. Although I would have preferred to pay less and buy breakfast on the road. Pros: room had own AC to adjust temperature, staff was helpful, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent Cons: bathroom door coming of hinge, hallway smelled slightly of urine, overpriced for lack of amenities, hotel exterior was simple and not eye pleasing (if appearance matters to you)

On our way to Colorado springs

Perfect for a place to sleep on long road trip... Beds and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was really nice and clean!

Great for a Cheap College Visit!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, cheap!, right off the highway
My sister and I needed a place to sleep while we were in Hays to scope out Fort Hays State University. The price was the most important factor to us and it was extremely affordable. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The room isn't anything fancy - but it was clean, quiet, and the temperature stayed consistent. We really liked having inside entry to our room and the breakfast bar was enough to get our day started. You might choose something nicer if you plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel - but if you're just passing through or need a place to sleep, this fits the bill!

Dissappointed

We arrived and were put into a room. We started the air conditioner and shortly it stopped working. We were moved to another room. The room was an upgrade but we did not approve of the additional guests or should I say pests, lots of bugs roaming around. Would not stay again. In its defense it was inexpensive. You get what you pay for.
