A highly sought-after location on historic mainstreet in downtown Hayward, WI. Guests are within walking distance of many specialty shops, along with several restaurants and bars.

The apartment is an upstairs apartment with exterior stair access. The living room leads to a spacious deck which overlooks mainstreet. It is a great place to "people watch" and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy preparing meals in the full kitchen, while relaxing in the living space. The open concept of living and kitchen area allow everyone to be together while preparing meals.

There are three bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is located in the back corner of the apartment - access is through the bedrooms. Access to the third bedroom is through the first bedroom.

The building itself was built in 1895. With that being said, the apartment does have charm of an older home.

There are two spots available for parking.

The central location make this an ideal place to stay for all Hayward area events such as Birkie, Fat Tire Fest, Muskie Fest, Fall Fest and many other events.

Good times in Hayward
Great location! We completely loved the vibe of our rental. Nice big kitchen, lots of comfortable seating, and a large deck to sit in the sun, drink coffee and watch people on the main street. Close by shops, and friendly hosts. The only issue we had was with the mattresses. Otherwise a great stay.

Patty, I know you received our note to you. We so enjoyed meeting you and Terri at the store. If we lived in the same town, I think we'd be friends. We loved staying right downtown. We didn't use the car til the last day when we went to fishery museum. There were just a couple things that could be improved: have a "Step Down" sign on balcony side of door so no one falls when entering living room from balcony, and the 2 full beds were too soft. Maybe we'll see you again, Patty. Thank you. PS Why it took so long for my response was I've been busy...my husband had surgery. Melanie

Great Location
Great location - clean - nice. The drawback to the property is the bathroom - you have to walk through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Other than that - great rental.

Hayward Main Street fun
This property is located in the center of the action in downtown Hayward, nice views, convenient for food, entertainment etc. The town was bustling and energetic and full of great stores and places to eat / drink. My sons and I were there on our annual fishing trip, this was a great location for that...we are < 15 min from world class fishing and when we returned home hungry our dinner was a short walk away. Perfect location for all events in Hayward WI.

I apartment was very nice, lots of unexpected add on to make us feel welcome. You do have to go up a flight of stairs, but the are wide and gradual, not steep. I am 76 and navigated them fine. Will definitely stay again..

Cute little 3 bedroom apartment in a great location for walking to places and convenient.
We were in town with friends and the location ŵas the main motivator in choosing this property. It did not disappoint. We didn't spend much time there but we pretty much what we were looking for.
