The staff was very nice and accommodating with all our requests. The young blonde lady that workd the night shift, patrick and the moring staff as well. The hose keeping supervisor as well. The room was big and clean, overall properry was great The indoor pool was definitely a plus for my son. Great breakfast selection as well.. would definitely go back.

We hope to see you again soon! Unfortunately our water heating system wasn't prepared for the numbers during your stay. We have made the adjustments and appreciate your feedback.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly desk helper who assisted us. However, as the night went on it went downhill. When we went to get into our beds there was a very obvious circle mark (very suspicious) and hairs on the pillows and mattress. The sheets had obviously not been changed since the last guests who had had a good time ;) even though the bed had been remade. When this was reported to the night desk clerk, she was very apologetic but informed us of a staffing issue with room service. She quickly provided me with new sheets, as I requested and made a note of the problem for the day staff. The next morning when trying to relay this complaint to the desk staff, some were very apologetic but one of them claimed that they doubted that the room hadn’t been cleaned. I informed him that the sheets were available for their inspection in the room, and suggested that they needed to discuss this with their cleaning crew. I’m hoping that this discussion takes place soon! We have never been disappointed with this hotel chain before, and I hope never to have an experience like this again.

Lousy breakfast. Toilet seat about to fall off. Missing door on closet. Pool wasn't available for our stay. The pool was one of the reasons we booked here! Was promised a $50 credit due to the pool issue. It's now almost 2 months later, after multiple calls/emails, and I still don't have the credit.

It was a great location very quite . However the Mattress was old keep rolling into a hole in the middle . Woke up with major back pain . the room was not cleaned after are first night no clean towels or cups were left . the breakfast was terrible runny scrambled eggs and paper thin bacon .with no taste .
