The desk staff were prompt and courteous, I was able to check in early, go to my destination and that was awesome. It saved me from having to deal with check in at 10 pm when I would have been SO tired. The breakfast was a surprise, it was hot eggs, there were biscuits and gravy, and fresh waffles. I was amazed at how good it was. It was a great start to my day. Overall it was a basic facility, however, I would stay there again, it was comfortable and quiet and easy to get to right off 65. Nice staff too!

Very quiet and clean! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent given Covid restrictions. I didn't get sick from hotel breakfast which is a huge deal.

Great place for quick overnight.

Pros: It was a great price compared to nearby Merrillville/Crown Point which is much higher priced.
Cons: Ice machines were being serviced, but they had ice available if we asked.
Location: It is very closely located to Crown Point/Merrillville. The cost savings was worth the 10-15 min drive.
Stayed here for an overnight due to a softball tournament. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good enough for us (waffles, eggs/sausage, and the usual). We didn't use any of the other facilities, but it did have a pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. It was also very quiet.

Comfortable with pleasant staff

Had a minor problem with the room. It was, almost instantly, resolved by a very pleasant clerk from the front desk. This was my second time staying at this hotel and have not been disappointed.
