Pool room was cold, not in the best shape and quite dirty. Roll away mattress was one of the worst we've ever experienced.

The heating would not go above 68. They moved me to another room. Same thing. It’s 27 out. I have Raynauds and I had to put layers on before going to bed.

There was a whole lot of price gouging going on in Montana last night so we were lucky to find this motel. The nice lady who checked us in gave us some cereal and snacks. Clean comfortable room

The breakfast bar was okay. The location was good. The TV didn’t work. The door handles to the rooms were worn out and in need of repair/replacement. It took maintenance/front desk 13 hours to address the lack of TV service in the room. The hot tub was out of service, the room fridge was on the brink of going out, the shower whistled, and the elevator squealed like the beginning tune of a horror sene of a movie. Front desk wanted me to run up and down 3 floors with my belongings, instead of giving me the keys for 2nd room (because they would rather move us than the TV’s). We had to confence them to give us the keys for second room to allow us walk our belongings down the hall 5 rooms, and then return the first set of keys. I was told on numerous occasions that someone would be right there, to then have to sit around and wait a few more hours to then be told, “huh the TV doesn’t work, let’s move you rooms. But I don’t know when that will be available so go ahead and wait.” There was no apology for the inconvenience, no compensation for our time. We won’t be going back there.
