There needs to be more transparency from the hotel staff to the customers upon check in of the fees related to check out. I was charged 10 Euro for departing my room at 1224 pm. Late check out fee was not brought to my attention by the staff upon check in. I’ve never had a hotel charge me for leaving my room less than 30 mins late and I’m an avid traveler. I felt very taken advantage of.

Dear Samantha,Thank you for your time to give us feedback. Our check out time is at noon and if our guests wish to have late check out after 12pm and ask for the possibility, we will of course tell the price. As we did when when you came to re-activate your key cards at 12;10 we mentioned that the late check out fee is 10/every starting 30min (12-12:30). I'm sorry that you feel like you were not informed well enough, also the respect for our rules are a two way street.Have a good evening!
