My non-smoking room smelled like old cigarette smoke. I had to buy a room deodorizer and spray it 3 times before I could even stay in the room. The carpets felt dirty. The hallways smelled from the carpet. Garbage under the staircase. Entrance I had to go in did not few safe. It was in the back side of the hotel where it looked like a homeless tent city in the trees beyond the parking lot.

The building is in poor shape, the bar is closed to "bring it up to code", the free breakfast is overpriced, but the staff are friendly. There is a reason Holiday Inn sold this property. Nasty. Just nasty.

Smelled/stunk

Pros: Continental breakfast was descent.
Cons: Air out the second floor, put vents in the bathrooms.
Location: The location was satisfactory to the place we had to be early the next morning.
Upon entering, there were two doors, one to the left and one to the right, neither had a sign as to which one would take you to the main desk. (we wrongly took the door to the right) no one there at all. Just the bar/dining area. So we went back out to the other door, found the main desk. Went to our room, and as we got off the elevator - were hit with a smell of stink. Man other people that stayed in this same place, mentioned they wanted a refund because they were also on the second floor and it stunk! ! ! ! ALSO, there was no vent in the TINY bathroom. The lounge/bar/dining area were closed.

Great place to stay

This was a hotel that i loved. It had great comfortable rooms and would recommend it. Great Breakfast and staff A+

bed bugs

Was surprised when we went into the hotel. Looked nice and very clean. Awful night and woke up to find bed bugs and my blood all over the sheets. Manager a very nice women. Ended up in the ER with so many bites on me I couldn't count them. Awful experience.
