Room condition was overall fair to poor. Dirty carpets, bathroom door had a chunk broken out on the bottom, missing paint, grout, just needs basic cleaning and touch-up.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Bathroom dirty, stained towels. Staff awesome! Super friendly with that Southern hospitality i love so much! Non guests cruising parking lot, but security cameras everywhere, a good thing. I will stay again but will check room first next time

We didn’t stay the whole time because the place was dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in it. The rooms smelled really bad. My daughter and her family had a different room in the same place and their room was worse than ours. The chair had tons of stains on it. There was a party going on the entire night that none of us could sleep through. It’s beyond on me that none of the staff called the cops or kicked out the guests that were up at 2 am and 4 am partying and keeping guests up. We stayed one night instead of 2 nights that we reserved. We haven’t received our refund for the night we didn’t stay.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room door did not fit properly, seeing daylight around the entire door. The bathroom floor tile was improperly grouted and dirty looking. The exterior hall floors were very dirty.
