Customer service was excellent. The lobby was clean and inviting. We used the glassed in conference room in the front lobby durning our stay, as well as the restaurant & bar. Service was excellent. We will definitely use this Hilton Garden Inn again.

My husband and I stayed 1 night. We checked out at noon. The house keeper lied for some reason and told them we left at 1pm. They charged us another night. Check out is at noon. I verified that at 10am with front desk. When we called,the manager wasn’t understanding. He actually hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on when he would review video tape. My husband called back after 25 min giving them time to look at it. The front desk sounded annoyed with our calls. She said the manager was reviewing the tape and would call us back. 40 min later I called corporate and they informed me that they refunded the extra night. So, why didn’t the manager call me himself when he saw the house keeper lied. If it was a misunderstanding on the time on her part he should’ve called and apologized. He never called me back. My husband and I stay at a lot of different hotels when we travel. This is the worst experience so far! We will never stay at another Hilton Gardens again! The bathroom door not staying open was very aggravating too. $10 to make your own breakfast? That should come with the room!

Didn’t like the layout of the room, needs more mirrors, bathroom door kept closing. I did like the food.
