I Loved the setting of this antique property, with the history and the view. The bedding & linens were fabulous. There’s a huge upstairs porch to sit outside in the evening & play cards or have a glass of wine, coffee in the morning. The room had a ceiling fan, could have been a little cooler at night for our taste, but I’d love to return.

Staying at this Bed and Breakfast is like spending an evening inside a work of art. The historic building is amazing, and it is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfast room is beautiful. This B&B is conveniently located near historic downtown Franklin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom attached to my room was small, but that is to be expected in a home from the 1800s that has been retrofitted to be a modern B&B. Overall, staying at this B&B was a very good experience.

One of the best places we have ever stayed . Unique , quiet , clean , well run . And the proprietor , Maureen Williams, was a joy and a new friend . We will return whenever we travel to franklin again
