This unit is the ideal vacation getaway- any time of the year. Boasting with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 bathrooms, it rewards you with sun exposure all year ‘round and direct views of 7th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course.

Spring and summer brings warm sand and peaceful ocean waves and winter brings cooler temperatures and shorter restaurant lines. Enjoy the beautiful beachscape on Hilton Head Island or play golf throughout the year, on or off the island. This is the perfect villa for your golf visits, shopping visits, or just to relax or enjoy the beach.

The living areas (kitchen, living room, and dining area) are all on the first floor. One bedroom (Queen bed) and full bathroom with tub/shower is also on the first floor, and the first floor full bathroom can be closed off to be private (as a master suite). The second large bedroom with two Queen Beds is on the second floor. The 2nd floor bathroom is spacious with two sinks, shower with two shower heads and plenty of cabinet space. The second level also offers a loft space with daybed (with a trundle that partially pulls out for small children).

You will enjoy the deck overlooking the golf course.

The Inverness complex features beautifully landscaped grounds, a swimming pool and tennis courts. The saltwater pool also offers a baby pool. There is a cabana with bathroom and outdoor shower facilities at the pool.

The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center includes 25 courts including clay and eight lighted courts for night play, and now has Pickle ball.

Golf course views, close by pool and tennis
Enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the deck each morning watching and talking with golfers hitting off the tees at hole 7. Place was overall clean and met our family needs well. Had a few issues upon arrival but realtor took care of the problems promptly.

Beautiful property right on the golf course. Great communication and super easy to check in because they mailed the parking access pass ahead of time. Huge deck that is a walk out right next to the tee box. Our only suggestion would be to add a screen door to the slider onto the deck as the glass door is quite heavy. We have already booked this unit for a longer stay in April! Can’t wait to return to paradise.
