This hotel needs to switch on heathers in the pre booked rooms so when the customer arrives it has a warm cosy vibe we had to sit in our coats for two hours it was so cold as was other guests. We got moved as one area stunk of weed terrible

The stay was ok, but the layout of the hotel is very confusing room numbers are all over the place. Lastly the breakfast is nothing special but the cost is extortionate should be free with the price you pay for an average sized room

Our stay here was lovely. Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly too. We paid for breakfast and felt the options were very limited especially for vegetarians. Other than that I would recommend :)

Our 2nd stay here. Would stay again. Huge hotel. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The gym/swim area is amazing. All staff, except the young girls at reception when we checked in, were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was just okay.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the holiday, the swimming, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room were clean and great to use. Only downfall was the man (of african origin) at the cafe was speaking in a very disrespectful manner and made an islamophobic comment whilst serving a hot drink, which was unnecessary, making me feel uncomfortable and offended. Overall it was a great stay!
