The staff are grate the rooms are good, quiet and convinient.To the left the cash. Exchange is grate rate and only a few steps a way from everthing you need. Not for kids as pool is on the roof and it is deep sauna is hot and afternoon tea is convinient to get you to diner . If you book get bracfast as it is grate.

They didn't give me the room I had reserved and paid for, they told me it was full. After arguing for a while, they gave me another cheaper room and refunded me the difference. Very bad experience.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean. We used the laundry twice and clothes came back the same day. Nice options for breakfast, too. We would stay here again.
