The room had a terrible smell that lingered the entire stay and would not go away which made it difficult to breath. The bed was also very uncomfortable to lay on. I’ve stayed at more than 10 Country Inn and Suite and I have never seen so much old furniture and such terrible bed as I did at this location.

Rudest staff!!

At 3 am asked if we could be moved to another room due to a loud party a couple doors down...lady at front desk wouldn't even listen to my issue! She cut me off in mid sentence and didn't even try to help resolve the issue.. I asked to be moved to a quieter area of the hotel and she acted very Put Out! Breakfast staff was LATE opening up for the 7am service.. So had to hit up the McDonalds so we wouldn't be late! Needless to say.. Will NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Great location for visiting the casino.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Staff was very quick to answer all of our questions about transprotation to the casino and knew the areas restaurants well. It made our first stay in Hobbs nice.

Great Stay

Nice for an overnight stay, clean room with all the amenities. My only complaints are that the bed was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable on which I have ever slept and the breakfast was pretty slim.

Good Experience

This hotel was a good value for the money paid. Staff was very friendly and the room was large and had extra amenities. Their hot breakfast was very good, and they had an employee in there at all times. She even cooked the waffles for you. We would stay here again. It is also very close to casino.

Wonderful Hotel

The staff at the hotel was very accomadating and professional considering they had been open for only a few months. The lobby was tastefully decorated in a "hometown" manner and the rooms were clean and modern. It is a convienient location if you have business at the event center or the colleges. I also appreciated the fact the hotel was smoke-less due to my husbands heart issues.
