Overall, the hotel is half decent. The only gripe that caused the 3-star rating, is that they only included breakfast for one, knowing that the room was for 2 people - we particularly asked for 2 single beds. Not that we would have breakfast there everyday - matter of fact, my son had breakfast there 4 times out of the 11 days of the stay. I blame this to poor marketing and management leadership. They would not make any adjustments to accommodate albeit the complaint to the front desk. If they make poor decisions like this, what other bad decisions that can potentially impact their customers. In any case, this bad experience put a little dent to the otherwise quite enjoyable trip with my son.
