I was looking forward to be coming back in Hong Kong after 9 years. The first guy who checked me in, Louis, was not a worker at all. I checked in with a friend of mine and I asked to be on the same floor with her but we got separated by 4 floors. Her room had a walk-in shower while I had the bathtub-shower combination which I hate. My friend's desk clock can charge a cellphone automatically while mine was a old model so I had to buy an adapter since the hotel doesn't provide that. An extra US$30 purchase for me. When you order an Uber, the hotel pin doesn't show up. It's with HK Arts Center which is next door. Had to haul our luggage at least 20 meters to get a ride. Pretty inconvenient.
