Horrible Staff Customer Service. Couldn't get anything requested correct, ie - internet issue, safe, wake-up call, room cleaning, room svc (none?!), amongst other things. We'll never come back. Front staff were rude and unprofessional. We constantly avoided interaction or simply passing by their desk because they were so rude and unfriendly. Unbelievable as we've stayed and dozens of hotels domestic and international and clearly this was the worst. Don't stay at this hotel as there are so many others with better svc and amenities. As I stated we'll never, ever come back to this hotel. We acome to Honolulu, Maui, Kauai, and the big island every yr, and this will never be an option again.
