The property is located with in 5 minutes walk to the beach restaurants and pick up location for any traveling touring. Friendly staff the pool was super clean and the grills and picnic area is a plus to bbq after a long day swimming our room had a kitchen perfect for families who are looking to save from dining out.

Property conditions need to be updated. The cleaning staff can only do so much... wood rot in the lobby by the water feature, sticky dirty carpeting, old furniture that is faded. Update the property.

Hotel was beautiful. Due to flight cancellations, we were not able to make it to the hotel until Thurs. Feb. 3. We have asked for a refund for the night we were not able to be there and so far we have not had a response.

Sorry about the refund as you need to go back to the airlines for your refund as you booked through Expedia and Expedia charges us for the number of nights the reservations is for, even if there is a flight delay the y still bill us for the total amount of nights. Location was good 3-5min walk to Beach. I dislike that there is no room cleaning unless its more than a week. No new towels are offered and you are responsible of taking your own trash out. Amenities fee should be optional since its for free movie rentals and unlimited Wi-Fi and the ps3 that is in the room. We didn't need any of these but wasn't asked if needed.

The only thing we liked was that there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer on site. What we didnt like was how outdated the site was. Elevators took forever. Beds seem like they've been there since the opening of the building. Hallways were extremely disappointing and hideous. Whole building needs an extreme makeover.
