I thought the place looked clean, the bed was very comfortable! Staff was ok but coulda been a lil better being more personable. I think the pking coulda been a lil better! The only other thing I wasn’t too impressed with was the coffee/creamer choices & def taste of coffee! I think spoons, knives & maybe even more sugar would be a good idea along with some salt & pepper in case don’t wanna go to lobby for these things, just my suggestion, a lot of times I like staying in pj’s or not get dressed at all so don’t wanna leave rm, it would be a good convenience on us.

Would stay again

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
The hotel was good but the resteraunt was HORRIBLE! Go out to eat somewhere elese.

This hotel is disgusting.

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: mold
There was so much mold in the bathroom, that the entire room smelled of mold spores. The whole room was wet, and disgusting because the air conditioner was not working properly. Also, the bed had no support left, I could feel my back hitting the floor.

Good Value

We have always used the Holiday Inn in Hopkinsville because it is pet friendly and we feel like it is a good value. Our family comes home for the holidays at least once a year. I can't believe some of the poor ratings in these other reviewers. For the price of the room, it is a good value to us. The resturant is OK, the bar downstairs is OK. The HVAC does what it is supposed to do. Parking is adequate. Staff is accommodating. They have wireless in the rooms. We've used the business center for printing off airline boarding passes, but haven't really used it for musch else. Indoor pool is small, but many hotel pools are small and we usually don't use it...but it does have a whoorlpool we have used on occasion. We've never had a complaint in the dozen times, or so that we have stayed there over the years, even when they were in the building next door that used to be the Holiday Inn. We bring a pet and they are pet friendly. If I had a complaint, it would be that there isn't allot of room to walk the dog, but pet owners seem to be a minority.

Nice Hotel Bad Resteraunt...........

We were pleasantly surprised on this hotel, it was very well maintained & about 13 miles from the base. I would defiantly stay again but would never eat at the restaurant located inside the hotel it was way overpriced & very low quality, we would have been better off to go to the Burger King located right next to the hotel.

Nice facilities very courteous staff

I was visiting Fort Campbell and because of a nasty snowstorm that stranded me in the Cincinnati airport overnight, the Holiday Express at Fort Campbell rescheduled my room incorrectly. So when I finally got here they didn't have a room and they put me up in the Holiday Inn proper. They were very gracious at both facilities. The only downside is the Holiday Inn is a bit farther from the Campbell that I had wanted to stay. Oh well, I recommend the place for any travel occasion!
