This was a super cute cottage for a couple on vacation. I love the location being so close to bathhouse row and the downtown area. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Hot Springs, AR

Enjoyed cottage..fully equipped kitchen with bbq on deck. Very quiet and private. Cottage is a few minutes from bath house row with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to have meals on the deck

Unbelievably Awesome!!
What a delight! Literally minutes from the historic downtown area, with an epic back porch and all the amenities you could hope for. Property managers were prompt and accommodating, the bed was super comfy and the decor is off the chain! I will be back to Hot Springs, and I WILL stay here again!!

The first night was amazing. After coming back second day I started to notice that the place wasn’t very clean (cob webs every where, dead bugs) there was a rag shoved in a hole in the ceiling. Not to mention the swarm of flying ants that invaded the bathroom was gross. Cleaned it up twice and the third time there was over 200 of them. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. They also need to update the pictures on the listing as well. Some stuff does not look like that at all.

New Years Getaway
I booked this place with my fiancé for a fun, relaxing New Years weekend. The property is located near downtown so that was nice, since we spent a lot of our time out and about exploring. I was aware that other rental properties are on this same lot, however, I guess I didn’t realize that the place I booked is split into two rentals with only a locked door in the hall separating us. When we walked into our rental, we heard people talking and I thought someone was in our rental space, but it was just the couple on the other side. You can hear everything… especially from the bathroom. The couple next door also started smoking cigarettes and set off their smoke alarms. The cigarette smell started coming into our unit so I notified the owner. We are both non smokers and sensitive to cigarette smoke. Staying here made us feel a bit uncomfortable with how close the other couple was and not having any doors. We ended up leaving a day early. We would definitely visit Hot Springs again, but I wouldn’t stay here.

The bed was not a full queen size bed, it appeared to be more like a floor room model. The coffee machine was not a Keurig. It was a regular coffee pot and I specifically went and bought K cups for the Keurig only to show up and see that it was a coffee pot. Both propane tanks were out of propane. The refrigerator was dirty and sticky. And the shower had a clump of black hair in it. The next-door neighbors were blaring their TV at 5 o’clock in the morning on our last morning there. But it wouldn’t do any good to email the property owners about that either, because they won’t respond to any other emails. I also emailed the property owner three times and communicated through phone and did not get a single response the whole time we were there or even after we left. The bed was hard as a rock, and I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was also very worn down, and you could feel the wood underneath the cushions. We will not be back, but the nail in the coffin was the property owner not even having the courtesy to respond to an email.

Romantic 44th Anniversary
We were secluded in the little cottage which was really nice. The weather/temperatures for the three days in the evenings was below freezing. The cottage did not have center heat so we had to use the space heaters. I was concerned about leaving them on for so long.. The cleaning service left many things not completely clean. The cottage needs new furniture in the living room. Over all, the stay was nice.
