The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, they kindly changed our room to first floor, which had been booked through a service. Many times motels won't do that when you don't book direct as the best rooms are reserved for guests paying full price. The room was clean and an array of toiletry items were provided. One thing I would have liked is if there would have been a selection of different degrees of softness wth the pillows. The breakfast was adequate with some choices for gluten free, like boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit. It was snowing and blowing when we arrived and I was a little concerned about how the condition of the parking lot would be as we were leaving before sunrise. It was plowed out early and all we had to do was clean off the car and go. Also, the entrance to the rooms was through the lobby which to me is very convenient. I would be happy to stay at this motel the next time I am in the area.
