Toller Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick übers Meer ist einfach großartig. Der Strand ist sehr nah und wirklich schön.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist traumhaft. Nur ca. 3 Minuten Gehweg bis zum weißen Sandstrand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Perfekte Lage für einen erholsamen Familieferien
Die Aussicht vom Grundstück ist grossartig, das Foto im Angebot verschweigt dies ;-) Ausrichtung nach Süden. Toller Blick in die Bucht, Carport mit Schatten, keine 3 Minuten zum wirklich weissen, feinen Sandstrand, der zu Recht den Namen „White Beach“ trägt Im Haus ist alles da, was es braucht. Riesiger Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Auswurf, Klimaanlage zweifach vorhanden, Kaffe-, Wasch- und Spülmaschine lassen keine Wünsche offen. Essen direkt am Strand, die Füsse im Sand ;-) In weniger als 10 Min in der City von Golfo Aranci. Preis-/Leistung für uns in bester Ordnung. Dank geht an die Betreuung vor Ort!

Traumhafter Meerblick
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 1J.) hier. Die Größe der Wohnung war genau richtig, genug Stauraum für alles. Der Garten war toll, insbesondere für die Kinder, und der Blick vom Garten und der Terrasse auf die Bucht wirklich ein Traum. Der Weg zum wirklich schönen Strand (im Mai wunderbar leer) ging über einige Stufen, war aber auch für die Kinder in wenigen Minuten gut zu schaffen. An dem Strand ist eine Strandbar, sonst ist nichts fußläufig erreichbar, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Golfo Aranci und auch nach Olbia ist es nicht weit. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass manche Sachen etwas überholt werden könnten (Terrassentür hat geklemmt, tropfende Spüle, nicht so bequeme Matratzen und die Einzelbetten klappern). Aber das wurde von den oben genannten Punkten wett gemacht und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage
Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind etwas älter und knarschen stark. Die Matratzen sind aber gut. Nähe zu Olbia super und 2 min zu Fuß zum Meer Traumhafte Strände fußläufig. Preis passt auch. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Die Lage und der Meeresblick sind wirklich schön aber……..
Die Lage des Objekts ist traumhaft schön. Das Objekt hat nur ein Badezimmer. Im DZ ist ein Wandschrank mit WC und Waschbecken. Das Leitungswasser kann nicht zum kochen und trinken benutzt werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind nicht inklusive. Das Objekt ist feucht und verschimmelt. In jedem Zimmer sind Spinnweben. Die Duschbrause, Seifenablage, Wäschekorb, Dunstabzugshaube und Tellerablage sind verrostet und verschmutzt. Die beiden Sofas und Bezüge stinken extremst muffelig. Die Terasse konnte nicht genutzt werden aufgrund von Wespennester. Das Objekt ist zugestellt mit Kommoden, Sesseln und Stühlen. Der Garten wird nicht gepflegt. Die Eigentümerin wurde sofort kontaktiert aber es wurde nichts unternommen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Traumblick.
Wie waren im Juli für eine Woche hier. Unsere Kinder 8J und 10J konnten alleine zum Strand gehen. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Einzig die Spülmaschine ist winzig. Dafür ist der Kühlschrank riesig. Es gibt auch eine tolle Aussendusche. Die Betten sind bequem. Zum Strand geht man zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten einen Weg hinunter. Leider gib es keinen Spielplatz für Kinder in der Anlage. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen.

Tolles Appartement mit Traumlage!
Wir waren im Herbst für eine Woche hier zu Gast! Es war wunderschön. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht… inkl. Waschmaschine, TV, Spülmaschine und ein toller großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. Im Garten sitzend oder liegend hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht und den angrenzenden Traumstrand der Spiaggia Bianca, den man über einen kleinen Weg in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Lebensmittel erhält man im nahegelegenen Ort Golfo Aranci. Dort sind auch viele Restaurants. Zum Flughafen Olbia sind es nur 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Mietwagen ist Pflicht, da man vom Appartement schon ein paar Kilometer bis Golfo Aranci hat. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Bekannten die den Check macht war super. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank! Grazie per questo meraviglioso soggiorno!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Sehr schön eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer kleinen Anlage. Wir würden sehr sehr freundlich empfangen! Sogar mit Mandelgebäck und einer Flasche Wein. Alles da was man braucht! Hervorzuheben die problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bzw. deren Helferin und der XXL Standkühlschrank mit Eiswürfel- und crushed Eis Maker! Ideal für kalte Getränke und Cocktails! Die Aussicht ist wunderschön! Wer es etwas ruhiger am Strand möchte, kann über kleine Trampelpfade zu kleinen Buchten in 5 min zu zu Fuß gelangen. Hier lohnt sich das Schnorcheln! Einziges Manko waren die sehr harten Matratzen im Doppelbett, dies ist jedoch Geschmackssache. Eine rundum bezaubernde Ferienwohnung, die man nur weiterempfehlen kann!
