Terrible management This hotel would not let our worker stay there we rented the room for 2 nights and Travelocity schedule it wrong check in said it was and no problem and now that a rekey and that I have to be there when speaking to them they told us to get out that our reservation was canceled and to get out that we could not stay there. Disrespectful people that do not consider that’s it’s thanksgiving.

Sorry for your inconvenient stay with us. Our staff is trained to not give keys without proper identification for the safety and security of our guest. We have a policy in place to get keys if the person is not on the reservation. Anyone can call and say they are this person but we need proper identification. Hope you understand and in future call us directly if this situation were to occur and we will help you do the needful so this situation will not arise again. Thank you.

The property advertised as being 5.6 miles from my event. It was ten miles of driving through downtown traffic. It was also in an undesirable part of the city. Management presence was lacking. There was no one available to check us in. We had to call to get someone to the front desk. The one bright light is that the room had recently been remodeled and the room was good, I was pleased. But they have some work to do to become a good motel

A fantastic place, knew my name as soon as I got to the window. Room was clean and tidy and felt modern. Had all of the amenities I needed and more. The only problem I had was that in the morning the shower stopped working, but they said I could've changed rooms if that was a problem. (I didn't because I was already leaving) Stay here!
