Room service only fixed the bed didn’t clean. Before we left there cockroaches in my purse when I put my purse on the bed 3 crawled out The floor had major dips in it which made our refrigerator lean forward. Our tv didn’t work. Went to call the front desk on their phone and it didn’t work. Went to the front desk and the person had me wait and I had to leave before I was able to talk to her. Bed sheets were stained and towels. The pillows were terribly flat.

I saw a strand of hair in the bathroom and an empty shampoo bottle it the bathtub and multiple roaches in there as well

The check in was fine there were roaches in the bathroom on the counter not a few a lot hard to sleep thinking about them we were just staying the night till we went to our cruise but that is just not right
