we had our gas stolen out of the car in the parking lot could not get the manager or general manager to check their cameras Unsafe place to stay

Awesome option for staying near Houston/Katy

Pros: Close to Katy Mills, staff is truly friendly, beds are comfy,
Cons: Parking lot is limited but somehow sufficient
Location: Katy Mills, Chinatown,
We spend a couple of days for Xmas shopping and the hotel was a great experience. A pretty affordable place with great facilities. Breakfast was fairly good and staff was always kind and considerate. The guys at the front desk were ALWAYS incredible! The ladies that cleaned our room were also very nice and the stay was really great. I would without a doubt come back!

A simple place with lots of warmth.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, easy access
Cons: none
We enjoyed our weekend stay. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff was friendly and quality of breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again as it is value for our money.

Nice room, decent breakfast, will return

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortably sized. The location is relatively convenient for my needs in west Houston. The breakfast is good enough.

Great for families

Loved it, nice little surprise of a hotel!!!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Wow, I really loved it especially for the price we paid, the room had a kitchen with full size fridge and a bedroom, the couch in living room was a sofa bed so perfect for the 4 of us, very clean, very friendly staff, they have a mini store in the lobby with fresh foods, drinks and even things like travel size headache meds and laundry detergent that you can either charge to your room or pay cash for, and they even had a pool, overall, great stay and we will stay there from now on on every trip to Houston!

Relaxing time with family!

My family wanted to get out of our small town to spend the weekend away from home. We stopped at this hotel just driving by. The room was very large and spacious. The kitchen was useful as well as the couch. The breakfast was nice and had lots of options. The pool area was nice. My only two complaints were the amount of towels in the room considering we had two adults and three kids, and also the hot tub. It smelled funky. All and all, we had a very relaxing time and will visit the hotel again on a getaway.

Mixed Feelings

Well the room was great I was in love with it, clean, comfortablecold, just all the things that you would want in a hotel stay. But on check out morning house keeping entered with out knocking, and it was no where near check out time. They didn't even knock! Tip if you plan on taking your pet let it be known, that there is a charge if your pet even step foot in your room. I was charged a fee of 200.00, but my dog didn't even stay in the room. Now that I was very disappointed about, and also that I was not notified before it was done.
