The hotel was great. The staff was superb and the breakfast was great. Only issue was at check-in the price was WAY above the price i was confirmed at. I was quoted 146 on line and had to pay 193 at check-in.

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do place a 50 incidental hold on your card at check in but it is released in its entirety at check out unless you charge market items to your room. We do show the final charges are the correct charges. Room plus tax amount. If you travel with a pet that too is an additional amount .

My wife had to clean something off the bathroom floor. She told me that it was the cleanest bathroom of any hotel we've stayed at.

This hotel charged me 119 before I even checked in, when I had Pay at the hotel as my choice. Then they charged me 320 after the first night of check in and 222 after I left. I shouldve Only been charged 265 total. Very upsetting

Thank you for the review. I’m sorry for the multiple charges during your stay. It seems like they were authorizations and not charged. The hotel pre-authorizes first night’s room and tax on day of arrival, than during check-in your CC is pre-authorized for the whole length of stay, and at check-out is when the CC is actually charged for the total amount owed. I’m sorry it seemed like multiple charges, but that’s just hotel policy.

Front Desk staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast was yummy and hot.
