Did not have enough pillows or blankets & no toilet paper upon arrival. Nobody brought toilet paper - had to go get it. Air conditioner was noisy. Large bug was in room upon arrival. Check in was slow & inconvenient through a window - lobby unavailable. No coffeepot or refrigerator in room.

I like the room it was really nice and I like the shower but I didn’t like the fact that I had ants in there most the whole time I was there and I asked over and over to get them taken out gets bombed get something and nobody ever did anything about it

It was very quiet and clean only down part was that if u needed ice the only 2 ice machines were in the front next to the office which was a walk especially when your rm is towards the back of hotel

This place does not live up to the motel 6 standards. To start off my terrible stay, I was not given the downstairs room that I had booked in advance - I was downgraded to an upstairs room which meant I had to haul my luggage up the stairs from my rental vehicle. I specifically booked a non-smoker room, the room I was put in was permeated by cigarette smoke. The room was not clean. Only thing that was fresh was the towels and sheets. The shower was dirty, countertops and drawers were filthy. To top everything off, when I stepped out, I tried getting back in with my keycard and it did not work. I returned to the office, and the same person that checked me in 20 minutes earlier didn't even recognize me and played with me 20 questions to verify my identity, then she proceeded to berated me that it was my fault the cards didn't work. Terrible stay, I decided to check out early and not stay for a second day.
