Dirty walls, door key was a pain to get working, toilet was broken, hair in sink, noisy, dirty furniture, electrical receptacles not working. Only good thing I can say is that the air conditioner worked great. I’ll never stay here again, especially for the price.

Customer service was right off the bat rude and a bit racist. We were placed in 2 rooms with a broken a/c so we were hot both nights that we stayed. The cleaning staff was amazing but the front desk staff was not.

The door safety lock had been broken off. Tried call hotel desk, phone had no wire connecting to wall. Phone wire missing. Desk clerk came banging on the door because a couple family members staying hotel next door came to visit. Clerk said no visitors allowed and he was going call the police. Asked him why he was talking to us in that manner.- my understanding from the clerk is hotel property in bad location and hotel has problems. Told the clerk becausee broken door lock and no phone wire connecting room phone, and him telling me hotel in bad location, I did not feel safe staying at the hotel and I checked out.
