Not up to Super 8 standards

We asked for a ground floor room due to our age, but "no rooms were ready." This was at 7 p.m. Got undressed for a shower and there were no towels. Some were brought up ten minutes after a call to the desk. Bed cover had what appeared to be an obvious cigarette burn hole in it. It was not changed during the 5 days we were there. Found door unlocked when returning to room one evening. Nothing was taken, thankfully. "Breakfast" was rolls and breakfast food. No source of protein. Useless for a diabetic. Generally shabby appearance. Most Super 8's were much better than this one. More like a motel 6.

Just what I needed for the price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Room was great and neat. The customer service was perfect. The only problem that i had was there was cigarette burns in my blanket and some stains on one of the towels, but for the price it wasn't much of a bother for me. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable room; convienent location

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The breakfast was a little disappointing--waffles, cereal, and pastries. I would have like to see some fruit or yogurt. the room was clean but when the sofa bed was pulled out, the mattress was very stained and dirty to the point that it should be replaced. But, overall the stay was a good one. Lots os shopping and places to eat very close by.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, close to shopping
Hotel is close to shopping and eating. Room was clean, staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, tv reception excellent, and air conditioner / heater worked great. Water pressure in shower was a little low and the toliet was a little hard to flush some times. For the price and what I needed it for it was well worth the money, I would stay again.

best ever i seen

I paid economy value for my lodging need in humble, texas, as i wanted to keep my expense low. i was not expecting much from hotel but this hotel has made my journey. hotel itself has nice and friendly staff, room were spacious, nice and clean room and it had evrything i needed. additionaly, the good restaurent like italian, mexican, stake house, Pizz delivery were on walking distance. so overall that was excellent stay.i will definatley admire this hotel to stay again.

this hotel has more than ever i expected compare to value i paid. excellent frontdesk, neat and clean room easy check-in check -out , i don't think so there was anything else that i would think better one
