Property is a 100% fully rehabbed 1940 colonial style homestead. We made every effort to keep or reuse all the materials we could to minimize the waste that ends up in the landfill. We also used only most modern new construction materials and techniques to make these units super efficient with the most minimal carbon footprint available.

Cute Studio
This place was great and the location was nice and near the highway for easy access to the city. We were very happy that the owner allowed our mini heeler mix. Clean and cozy. Thank you for the stay.

The best rest
Eddie was so kind and friendly. He gave me a tour of the area upon arriving and let me know he built the place himself which- props to him, he did a great job! Although, I was a bit disappointed at first that I wouldn’t be able to swim, he made sure to offer a full refund which was super considerate. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, the house was cool (temp wise) and the shower was nifty as well. I was told a few guests in his other rental stole some pillows... just don’t do that. Not cool. Eddie had to buy a few to replace and that was just not something he should’ve had to do, you know? Sheesh... Let’s just all agree to keep the pillows where they are. Alright?! That’s all I have to say. Just be decent, you know?
