The hotel is adequate. I asked for a room close because of my back. The clerk was very nice to give me Room 126, literally the first one by the lobby. I can see why it was vacant!!! The air conditioner was so LOUD, it sounded like a jet taking off! Please fix it or plan on having people change rooms quickly!

Decent enough place

Decent enough place, but if you don't stay for a week there is no housekeeping. But when we asked for new towels, we got them immediately. Staff was very nice.

Room had odor that seemed to come directly from AC

Aside from the bad smell, I found hair on the pillow cases and the carpet was filthy

Reservations dont make a difference

Pros: Quiet
I had made reservations at least a week prior to arrival and reserved a non smoking room. When we arrived there weren't any non smoking rooms available. We were told it was first come first served and someone had switched our room. Now, I always thought when you made a "reservation" ahead of time and had the room held with a credit card and they gave you a "confirmation" number that you would get the type of room you reserved. Not so here. So if you really need a non smoking room and know that you are going to show up for sure I would recommend putting it on your card at the time you reserve. Although, that may not even work. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic and even called the manager to see if they could offer us a discount but could not. We tried to find another hotel in the area, but could not find a non smoking room anywhere and had to stay there. Luckily the room was not as bad smelling as the hallways were. Both of us suffer with sinus conditions but felt ok the next morning after sleeping there. The outside of the hotel was nice and it was a good location for what we needed, but would not stay there again unless we got a comped room, but know that will not happen.
