the night clerk was wonderful and helpful. (Brandon?) However, the hotel said they didn't even have the type of room we reserved. wanted 2 queens and a pull out. they wouldn't honor our Hilton honors. said we had to book rooms through them directly or through Hilton honors service. they wouldn't add it for points or privileges. Desk employees said the manager (Randy?) instructed them not to.Also the breakfast could use some work.

Disappointed. We checked in late. Got to the room and the AC barely worked and the fridge and microwave didn't work at all. I ended up messing with the plugs and discovered it blew the power strip if you had both microwave and fridge plugged in. Got the fridge working, but the AC didn't catch up the entire night. To be fair, since we checked in late, I didn't feel like trying to relocate rooms so did not bring the issue up the front desk. They may have resolved it for us, but it would have been a hassle that I was too tired to deal with.

Although a little tricky to get to off the main road, it was a really nice, clean, friendly place! Love the Hampton Inn properties anyway, but this one was really nice!
