My stay was for 4 days. The room was only cleaned one time. This should not be acceptable while I am being charged more than $1000.00 for my stay. I was informed during the check in about room service. It was too late at that point to make other arrangements. This was a big college reunion weekend for me and the lack of general cleaning services should have be made known during the reservation process.

Thank you for responding to our survey. That weekend was Alabama A&M homecoming weekend which is a big event in the city. We go by the Hilton standard for Housekeeping which are the rooms are automatically serviced Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless requested. We hope you have a wonderful week.
