The front desk is rude. Travelocity booked the visit with my suffix combined with last name, and front desk refused to look me up by anything other than my confirmation number. Also, lodge are closes at 9PM. Front desk will try to kick you out if in lobby/lodge after that time. Hotel is in need of refresh. Stuck in 1993.

Too much money for less

Pros: The employees were nice.
Cons: For the cost of the room, any amenity would be great!
I was disappointed. I have never paid that much for a room and it did not include wifi, a tv that worked, and parking. The room was dusty and the carpet was not totally vacuumed. I will stay in a much cheaper, cleaner hotel next time that comes with some amenities.

Beautiful, clean and awesome hotel

My stay was Outstanding!!!! From the time I entered the hotel until I left. The staff was helpful and friendly with good customer service. Room was beautiful and clean.This will be my standard hotel of choice when I return to Huntsville Alabama.
