Heater/ac not working room very cold! Had 2 beds but one was sheets were not changed smelled! Cold all night

The staff on duty gave me a horrible time checking in due to not having my credit card(cc), even though we had made reservations and the cc number was on file,the sad part about it was, we had cash to pay for the room and still had our information on file just in case something happen, it was not nice and she kept stating policy procedures. I had to call the 1800 number then finally another superior came and took care of everything. We have stayed here at this hotel a least twice a year, sometimes weekend or week BUT because of this situation which was Horrible they lost our business forever.

I understand your frustration with our hotel policy and once again I do apologize. We are still required to swipe a CC and once you are checking out you can definitely pay cash, but we are required to have a CC on file prior. I hope you give us another opportunity in the near future. Thank you.

Nice but pool needs attention!!

Pros: The rooms were very nice. Beds comfortable, had frig and microwave.
Cons: CLEAN YOUR POOL AND SPA!
Location: Go to Franklin Safari. It's about 1 1/2 hours away in Franklin, TX. It was an awesome experience. You drive your car and the animals come to see you.
The place was nice and clean, staff friendly. I paid the high price to stay here because they had a pool.First night we went in the pool there was a big gob of hair by drain. The hot tub was low on water and didn't work right. We told the front desk about it. The next day it wasn't clean and the hot tub smelled.VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Perfect stay for a week long vacation

Pros: The staff and overall comfort of the room.
Cons: The stairwell was a little dirty/musty smelling.
Location: We were visiting friends so we did not go out and do much however we noted several fast food/sit down restaurants near by.
We had a great experience over a week period (Mon-Fri.) When we arrived we had a TV issues which were immediately addressed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning with a large variety of foods- including a good variety for our two year old. The pool was wonderful and the staff even raised the temperature to make it more suitable for our two year old. The stairwell was a little dirty/musty smelling but our room was keep very clean and we had no complaints.
