Comfort and Convenience

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: Wi-fi. They said they had wi fi but I was never able to get online, even with their computers in the lobby.
This hotel is a very comfortable and convenient place to get some rest between flights in and out of Hyderabad. Easy access at the airport saves time and hassle of going further into town to get a hotel. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was problems with internet access.

Excellent venue (bring a bathing suit), exceptional gym for a hotel.

Pros: Quiet
100 hotel nights this year in 20 different countries: not bragging, just to say I have a basis for experience. This Novotel was better than most, and certainly better than the majority of hotels in India. Definitely recommended, particularly if proximity to airport is important.

We loved the motel, dinner was also great!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
We were in England for several days, and India for nine days. We visited five other city's, the Novotel was by far the best accommodation we had on this trip. I would definitely recommended them to a good friend!

Excellent hotel but quite far from city center.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, great onsite restaurants.
Cons: very far from hyderabad's city center.
Novotel is truly a luxurious hotel especially compared to other hotels in India charging similar rates for rooms that are nowhere near as clean, modern and comfortable. If you have the need to stay near the airport for a layover or to simply recover from jet lag prior to traveling further in India, it's an excellent option. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the buffet is worth the price given many items are prepared to order and there is a great selection of authentic Indian food as well as Western and East Asian options. Service and staff are excellent. The only downside is the distance from Hyderabad's city center. It takes approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes in moderate traffic to make the journey and this alone makes the hotel a non option for people with business in Hyderabad.
