Although we arrived 45 minutes before check in, we got in our room and able to start having fun. Great place. Highly recommend.

Took 20 minutes to check in because the attendant didn’t know how to handle the Travelocity internet prepay and had to call for help. Then she couldn’t run the printer. No tv. No tv. No phone service to front desk. I called on my cell phone and the put me on hold and never responded. Callled again and again and wouldn’t answer. Want some money back. Not as advertised

We were not happy with the room but knew we couldn’t get another room being last min and all ... one of the beds were old and had a big burn hole in the side .. we we also found hairs and stains all over the sheets :( we had to take a shower in the dark because when you shut the shower curtain there was no light what so ever for the bathroom getting in .. the drain on the shower drained really slow and it was like taking a shower and having to stand in dirty water .. I can see the property has tried to make some changes but at the same time nobody wants to pull back the sheets and see someone else’s hair all over it ...
